Project Terms
Last updated: June 2026
These project terms explain how I work with clients who contact me about 3D product visualisation, product rendering, animation, or related creative services.
1. Who I am
This website is operated by Drew Richmond, based in the United Kingdom.
You can contact me at: drewrichmonda@gmail.com
2. Services
I provide 3D product visualisation and related creative services. This may include product modelling, still renders, product animations, lighting, materials, scene setup, and other agreed visual work.
The exact scope of each project will be agreed before work begins.
3. Quotes and payment
Project prices are confirmed by quote before work starts.
For smaller projects, payment may be required upfront. For larger projects, a deposit or staged payments may be agreed.
Work will begin once the quote, project scope, and payment terms have been accepted.
4. Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing any required product references, brand assets, dimensions, text, logos, feedback, and other project information needed to complete the work.
Delays in providing feedback or materials may affect the project timeline.
5. Revisions
Each project will include the number of revisions agreed in the quote or project scope.
Extra revisions, major direction changes, or additional work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
6. Cancellations and refunds
If a client cancels a project before work has started, any refund will depend on the payment agreement.
If work has already started, payment may be retained to cover the time, planning, and work already completed.
Custom creative work may not be refundable once significant work has been carried out or final files have been delivered.
7. Ownership and usage
Unless agreed otherwise, final agreed deliverables may be used by the client for their own business, marketing, website, social media, and promotional purposes.
Working files, project files, source files, and editable 3D files are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.
8. Portfolio use
Unless agreed otherwise, I may display completed work in my portfolio, website, social media, or promotional material.
If a project is confidential, this should be agreed before the project begins.
9. Third-party materials
The client must have the right to use any logos, references, images, brand assets, or materials they provide.
I am not responsible for legal issues caused by the client providing materials they do not have permission to use.
10. No guarantee of results
I aim to create professional visual work, but I do not guarantee that any render, animation, or visual asset will increase sales, enquiries, engagement, or business results.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in place at the time a project is agreed will apply to that project.
